Job Description:
The Property Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the supervision of the Porter team and overall cleanliness of the property both inside and out. Coordinate team, resources, and equipment as needed to keep up with a high demand atmosphere. Forward plan scheduling, process team payroll, and when needed assist with Porter duties. The Property Operations Coordinator may aid in overseeing the Engineers as needed or directed by the Chief Engineer.
Job Requirements:
- Supervision of the Porter Team
- Performance reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Dispatch Porter team when needed.
- Mediate team member disputes and concerns.
- Update and/or revise Porter service standards.
- Assist in cost analysis and chemical research of cleaning products for the department.
- Assist with the dispatch of Engineers.
- Request purchase orders, receive parts and supplies, match received parts to invoice or purchase order, review and record all invoices, prepare invoices for approval.
- Maintain cleaning equipment including vacuums, sweepers, extractors, buffers, etc. by replacement of parts, electrical cords, brushes, belts, wheels, and other components.
- Monitor and maintain stock and use of personal protective equipment for the Porter team.
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Experience with overseeing property cleaning is desired.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. holidays, and special events.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members including management.
- Arriving on time and maintaining regular attendance is considered an essential function of this position.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
