Job Description

In this role, you will:
  • Focus on driving new customer acquisition
  • Post event analysis and review, working with various member of the organization to provide data and tracking as available
  • Increase brand awareness and engagement by driving street level activation and awareness
  • Execute strategy focused on driving brand relevance and authenticity through grassroots events
  • Increase customer lifetime value and retention through meaningful events, loyalty programming, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage internal and third-party promotional teams to execute events
  • Responsible establishing and maintaining customer relationships, mainly bar & restaurant partners, local event teams, and other meaningful partners in the betting and sports enthusiast space
  • Meet established objectives; monthly and annually including preparing presentations and proposals for various stakeholders
  • Follow and evolve the “Standard” event set up, including managing inventory of key items for execution across various stakeholders
  • Maintain on-going strategic outline that addresses various scenarios for events and bar & restaurant partnerships
  • Maintain an understanding of the SuperBook Sports technology, including the evolution of the product
  • Ensure partners have a keen understanding of our Responsible Gaming Messaging and adhere to those standards
  • Work with affiliate marketing team to create trackable opportunities for long term and short term partners, awarded for their success in growing the SuperBook Sports brand

Other Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of sales or event marketing experience required, experience within the consumer product industry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate through work experience, leadership, business knowledge, and the ability to envision a successful sales & events program
  • Knowledge of Sports Betting or Sports Marketing preferred
  • Valid Driver’s license required with access to transportation
  • Ability to travel nationally, 30-40%, work some nights and weekends, and able to adapt to flexible work schedules
