Classification: Exempt  Reports To: Branch Manager  Direct Reports: None      Job Purpose: The Project Manager utilizes independent judgement in performing site inspections to communicate, organize, and deliver quality projects, completed on time and within budget. Communicates with the Superintendent on issues that will affect the project schedule and/or budget.      Duties and Responsibilities:  • Assume responsibility for successful execution of restoration or reconstruction projects and project profitability.  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and claim representatives.  • Prepare and maintain budgets, schedules, and ongoing project costs on multiple jobs at once.  • Ensure all projects are performed in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.  • Work closely with Superintendent to ensure successful completion of assigned jobs  • Lead, direct, train, and coach employees and subcontractors  • Visit worksite to verify progress, assist crews in resolving challenges, and answer questions.  • Understand and train on safety procedures on jobsites to minimize exposure and risk on projects.  • Attend all appropriate company meetings  • Attend regular company sponsored training sessions  • Additional duties required as needed

Work Environment:  • Jobsites may vary from exceptionally clean environments to very dirty environments or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites.  • Regularly exposed to wet, humid, hot, or frigid conditions.   • The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions.
